
The Big Weight Loss Secret
Every diet out there seems to pretend to have some hidden secret. The truth is that most of the diet plans out there don't do a good job of educating dieters. They mostly push certain foods, products, or subscriptions. What you should be looking for is the diet that arms you with good people and a good education.
The Secrets (plain and simple) in Descending Order of Importance
1- No Sugar in any form. Not even no calorie sugar substitutes. Nothing Sweet at all.
2- No Refined Foods (especially white flour)
3- Exercise
It can also be stated like this!
1- Eat lots and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
2- Eat Whole Grains
3- Exercise
These three rules are pretty much all you have to do. However, I can add some more items that will help.
4- Get enough sleep
5- Go to bed early
6- Don't eat foods with additives
7- Make a diet plan with time line
8- Track your progress weekly
9- Stop watching television
10- Stop playing video games
11- Join an athletic team
12- Limit simple carbohydrates to less than a third of calories
13- Avoid all diet products
14- Work on Happiness Without Foods
15- Eat to live; Not Live to Eat.
16- Take nutritional supplements
17- Tell yourself positive stories daily
18- Avoid Negativity
19- Find Something that Inspires You – Not Food
20- Take a Vacation
